  • Scale cold-chain and insurance-payout reforms in the states where pilots cut losses and delays; link farm-income tracking to the next Situation Assessment Survey.
  • Extend 'tell us once' to the 20 highest-volume services after the privacy audits; open-data standard adopted by all states that accept the shared framework.
  • Publish the realised domestic-sourcing share annually; scale veteran-transition tracking nationally.

  • every citizen can reach emergency care within 30 minutes and no household is pushed into poverty by a health event.
  • a large majority of children reach grade-level reading and numeracy by Grade 3, and vocational pathways lead to measured employment.
  • reliable electricity and safe drinking water for every household, and a measurable decline in population-weighted air-pollution exposure.
  • average agricultural household income is at least 60% higher in real (inflation-adjusted) terms than in 2018-19, with lower water use per unit of output and post-harvest loss cut sharply.
  • citizens interact with government once, proactively, with audit trails — and India holds sovereign capability in at least three strategic technology stacks.
  • a resilient, increasingly self-reliant defence-industrial and technology base with transparent aggregate capability metrics.
  • higher labour-force participation, faster business formation and a fiscally sustainable tax system with lower compliance burden.

  1. 1

    Annual goals

Each year, every mission publishes a short list of measurable goals for the year.

  2. 2

    Quarterly reviews

Every three months, a public review of what moved, what slipped, what stopped.

  3. 3

    Fortnightly delivery reviews

Every two weeks, mission teams review the work board and update it in public.

  4. 4

    Public work board

Every initiative on one board, from idea to delivered, with its owner and status.

OKRs. Each year, every mission states a few objectives, each with measurable key results tied to a metric on this site. Progress against key results is what the quarterly review reports.

Programme increments. The year is split into quarters. At the start of each, teams commit to what they will deliver; at the end, results are reviewed in public and the next quarter is re-planned.

Two-week sprints. Research, policy design, administrative improvements, consultation, software, prototypes, analysis and documentation are delivered in two-week cycles. Hospitals, defence programmes, educational reform and climate infrastructure cannot be finished in two weeks; they are multi-year efforts made of many short, individually measurable deliverables.

Work-in-progress limits. Each stage of the work board has a cap on how many initiatives can sit in it. Government should not launch hundreds of simultaneous flagships. Breaches are shown in red on the board.
