Demonstration mode. Pragati Shakti does not hold office. Pages marked “simulated” show how the governing model would work; baselines with a cited source are published statistics; targets are proposals. Nothing here is a record of work delivered.

What you can do today — and what would come later

Two different things: how you can shape this proposal now, and how a Pragati Shakti government would handle public grievances. We keep them separate so nobody mistakes a proposal for a working service.

Today

Shape the proposal

Right now, three things are open to anyone: submit a concern (a problem you think we have missed or misjudged), challenge an assumption (a baseline, a cost, a legal basis, a target), or contribute evidence (a study, a dataset, a comparison). Expert review and local feedback are the same three things done by people with specific knowledge.

  • Suggest a problem

Describe a measurable public problem: who is affected, how severely, and how you know.

  • Submit evidence

Link a study, dataset or analysis, with its evidence class stated honestly.

  • Challenge a policy

Structured criticism: which assumption, KPI, cost or legal basis you dispute, and on what evidence.

  • Expert review

Subject-matter review of a policy or Labs project.

  • Local feedback

Implementation feedback from a district, city or block.

Send it by email — this works today

Write to contact@pragatishakti.org. Put the type in the subject line so it is routed correctly. We reply to every email. Where a message concerns a policy, our response is published on that policy's page.

A structured portal will replace email later; nothing you send now will need re-submitting.

How submissions would be handled

The triage every submission goes through

  1. Received
  2. Screened (entry filter)
  3. Assigned to mission team
  4. Evidence assessed
  5. Response published
  6. Backlog decision

No popularity voting. The most-liked proposal does not become policy; the best-evidenced, feasible one enters the backlog at Problem Validation.

Public grievance handling — a proposal, not a service

This section describes what a Pragati Shakti government would do. It is not available today; do not send grievances about existing government services here.

One front door

A single grievance channel per service with a published resolution-time standard; volumes and resolution times published monthly by district.

Grievances feed the work board

Clusters of grievances become problem statements on the public work board, with an owner, rather than disappearing into a ticket queue.

Existing rights untouched

RTI, Lokpal/Lokayukta, consumer forums, courts and statutory ombudsmen remain the citizen's recourse. This channel adds visibility; it does not replace legal remedies.
